I mobile ordered my drinks and they refused to give me my drinks because I did not wait behind 10 other cars that did not mobile order their drinks! They asked me to go back around the building and go behind everyone more than what was there before. They literally held my drink at the window to refund my money instead of handing them to me. They are costing the company money to be petty. I would not want any petty children working for my company.

Baristas were not friendly, eye contact was minimal. Cafe was not busy. One person in front of me. Neither of us were acknowledged when came in store or when waiting to be served at counter. I got my drink in good time. It was a shaken drink that was not shaken. Wasn’t their best day.

Everyone at this store always pleasant no matter how rushed they are. My drinks are always correct whether in store or mobile order. Store always clean too.
